Offer each child the right to education

They are awarded during the period of classes (September-June) to families with income below 284 lei per month, per family member.
The educational incentive awarded in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten is not included in salary income and is not subject to tax, according to the Tax Code.
Social vouchers shall be awarded starting from the month when the beneficiary fulfills the eligibility criteria, based on request and statutory declaration, accompanied by the documents proving the family’s composition, its income and the enrollment in/attendance to the activities organized by the kindergarten.

Social vouchers for kindergarten from Edenred operate based on Law no. 248/2015 and the methodological application regulations, on stimulating the participation of children coming from underprivileged families in preschool education, and it represents an educational stimulant.

The social vouchers for kindergarten can be used in the following conditions

only to pay for food products, writing materials, clothing articles and hygiene products;
only in the stores of the partner retailers belonging to the network of social vouchers for kindergarten;
it is not accepted to turn the social vouchers for kindergarten into money;
change is not given from social vouchers for kindergarten;
they are not deteriorated and they are within the validity period;
they can be spent during the calendar year when they were issued. Exceptionally, the vouchers issued during the period of November 1st – December 31st, can be used until the 31st of December of the following year.

Who can receive social vouchers for kindergarten?

Social vouchers for kindergarten operate based on the Law no. 248/2015, known as “Every child in Kindergarten”;
The social voucher for kindergarten supports the attendance in kindergarten for children up to 6 years old, coming from underprivileged families, by awarding a monthly financial stimulant of minimum 50 lei per beneficiary, in the form of social vouchers;
The stimulant is awarded during the period of classes (September-June), to families with income below 283 lei per month, per family member;
